Legal Notice

This page lists the sub-processors OS Informatics Limited uses to provide Ji4 on behalf of customer workspaces, and the service providers used for Ji4's own account and billing processing. It supplements the Ji4 Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

1. Sub-processors

The table below lists the sub-processors Ji4 currently uses to provide the Service. A Data Processing Agreement, including our current transfer mechanism per sub-processor, is available on request.

Linear is not a Ji4 sub-processor. When you connect your own Linear workspace, that is a transfer you initiate to your own Linear account, governed by your own relationship with Linear, and is not something Ji4 does as a sub-processor on a customer's instructions.

A Data Processing Agreement, including our current Standard Contractual Clauses position per sub-processor, is available on request.

2. Adding or changing sub-processors

We will give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor used to process Customer Data, as described in our Data Processing Agreement, so that customers can review the change before it takes effect.
